Sales Executive – GO! Organic Festival: Brighton Office, UK

Full time, 6-month contract

We are currently recruiting for a full time Sales Executive on a 6-month contract to sell on new consumer event GO! Organic Festival based in London This is a full-time role starting immediately, based in our head office in Brighton.

This is a rare and exciting opportunity for an ambitious, focused sales professional, looking to develop their career in sales within an established events company.

The successful candidate must be confident at selling on the phone with a consultative approach, strong communication and organisation skills are a must, with excellent attention to detail, as well as superb account management skills and the ability to confidentially convert and close sales.

  • Salary negotiable depending on experience
  • Matched pension contribution up to 5%,

You will be responsible for:

  • Selling on the telephone with a consultative selling approach
  • To identify and develop new business opportunities
  • To ensure that individual and team sales targets are met
  • To provide excellent customer relations at all times
  • To work effectively with other departments such as operations, marketing, and finance, to ensure that our clients’ needs are meet
  • Stay up to date on relevant industry knowledge and research market
  • Updating and maintaining all systems relevant to the event, including exhibitor database, sales figures and contracts and floorplan
  • Assist the Sales Manager with general administration work and sales contracts

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 1-2 years of dedicated sales experience
  • Proven track record in Sales, with the ability to exceed sales target
  • Although not essential, interest in the organic, ethical and sustainable sector
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Hands-on, get it done attitude as well as being a good team player
