We are looking to recruit a number of Customer Service Advisors to join our busy telemarketing team. This is a temporary role with an immediate start.
Diversified Communications is the UK division of a successful international exhibition and conference company with over 160 events globally. You will be responsible for:

  • Contacting potential visitors to provide them with information on the show and how they can register for the event.
  • Talking to decision makings, including: Directors, Senior Buyers and Business Owners as to why they should visit our show and how it could benefit their business.
  • Contacting VIP attendees about the benefits or attending our event and how they will be looked after on the day.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Proven experience within sales or customer services
  • Confident on the phone with an excellent telephone manner
  • Strong communication skills
  • A positive 'can-do' attitude
